* Any language other than English as the predominant language (minor use of a foreign language is permitted but should not represent more than 10% of the

* Use an auto-responder email that automatically answers your email such as 
spamarrest, spamcop, mailblocks etc.   Be aware some of these 
services send spam in your name and can cause your email account to be 
shutdown by your ISP! 
* Use an email address that prohibits the receipt of emails from FANW Traffic Exchange 
for any reason.  
* Send unsolicited email attempting to promote FANW Traffic Exchange.

If you do your account will be suspended and any credits will be lost. We 
will not pay any outstanding commissions and will attempt to recover any 
that have been paid. Any monies already paid that are not returned will be 
considered as theft and where possible we will recover them.

not record hits accurately. FANW Traffic Exchange} statistics are final. Hits are views

user acknowledges that any content found on our servers may not be 
controlled by FANW Traffic Exchange , and FANW Traffic Exchange can not be held accountable for 
it. However, the user agrees not to use FANW Traffic Exchange to promote or advertise 
any of the following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to 
pornography, Adult Content, Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, Auto-Surf 
Software, or any other material that may be offensive or unethical. 
 
Users will conduct themselves in appropriate manner and will not manipulate 
any of the site to gain credit or access to unauthorized areas. Also, 
FANW Traffic Exchange does not allow the use of auto-surf software/hardware 
(etc.) to gain credits. Anyone caught using or distributing it will have 
their account terminated. 
 
The user agrees not to hold FANW Traffic Exchange responsible for any content, links, 
advertisements, site malfunctions, miss-directions or any other events that 
may cause harm mentally, physically or to property. 
 
You agree that FANW Traffic Exchange, in its sole discretion, may terminate your 
password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove 
and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, 
without limitation, for lack of use or if FANW Traffic Exchange believes that you have 
violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this 
agreement. FANW Traffic Exchange may also in its sole discretion and at any time 
discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without 
notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under 
any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior 
notice, and acknowledge and agree that FANW Traffic Exchange may immediately deactivate 
or delete your account and all related information and files in your account 
and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you 
agree that FANW Traffic Exchange shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any 
termination of your access to the Service. 
 
Dealings with advertisers are done at your own risk and FANW Traffic Exchange can not 
be held liable for any advertisers actions. 
 
You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account is only 
activated once you have verified your email address by clicking a link in an 
email sent to you. By doing so you are bound to accept email from FANW Traffic Exchange 
which will include system messages and marketing information. This is an

profile. Any user threatening or reporting FANW Traffic Exchange for sending 'spam' or 
'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email will be invoiced for all services they 
have received to that point and immediate payment will be expected. Further 
more all legal costs and compensation will be sought through the courts for
